POETIC
C o n c o r d a n c e
Concordance is the coming together of what may seem separate: its concept is centered in Christ, the Eucharist, Serenity, identity, and belonging. Written around Black History, this poem highlights what it means to me to be Black. Its shape beautifully formed into a crystal chalice and magically became a divine reflection of communion itself, where art, history, culture, and humanity meet in sacred agreement.

God Set Me Free
The concept of God Set Me Free is a prayer that grew from a song that was once a poem, and it's imprinted deeply in my mind, heart, and soul. Throughout my youth and womanhood, this prayer became a reminder to me to give the flowers to myself that I'm worthy of and desire to receive. Simply release perfection and embrace the royal priesthood written in Scripture.

We Appreciate You
We Appreciate You was inspired by the community found when I came home to the Catholic Church. The place that held everything together when it felt like everything might fall apart, this simple poem has turned into a mission to give back to the Church the same type of kindness, loyalty, and love experienced. This simple art took the shape of an altar symbolizing readiness to serve at the altar of Chirst.
