By visiting this website or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct errors in product information, pricing, or availability and to cancel an order when necessary.

If an order must be canceled because we are unable to fulfill it, the customer will receive a full refund.

Preorders

Some of our Treasures may be offered as preorders before production is complete.

Any expected shipping or production date provided for a preorder is based on the information reasonably available to us at that time.

If a preorder is delayed, we will notify the customer and provide an updated shipping estimate when possible. The customer may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

If we are unable to produce or fulfill a preorder, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.

Shipping

At this time, orders are available for shipping within the United States only.

Physical orders will be shipped within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase. If no shipping timeframe is stated, physical merchandise will be shipped within 30 days of receiving a properly completed order.

If we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact the customer with available options, including the option to cancel the unshipped order and receive a full refund.

Returns & Damaged Items

Physical product sales are generally final.

Refunds or replacements are available for items that arrive damaged, subject to applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact shop@elauries.com and include your order information and photographs showing the damage so that we can review the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are final sale once delivered or downloaded, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital purchase, please contact shop@elauries.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Product Appearance

Because some products are artistic, handmade, produced in small quantities, or created from original artwork, slight differences in appearance, color, placement, or production may occur.

Images and mockups are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original artwork, poetry, music, writing, product concepts, photographs, graphics, branding, and other original creative content displayed on elauries.com are the intellectual property of E.S. P.O.E.T.I.C. and/or their respective creator.

Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, sold, altered, republished, or used commercially without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Personal Use of Digital Products

Unless a product specifically states otherwise, digital purchases are licensed for the purchaser's personal use only.

Purchasing a digital file does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, upload, share, reproduce for commercial purposes, or claim the artwork or content as your own.
